Terms of trade

Prices
- The prices are contractual, under the delivery term of EXW Prague (without VAT, packaged, undeclared and without any insurance).
Packaging
- Liquid agents 20,50,1000 kg
- Powder agents 25 kg
- Another packaging is possible (additional charge 20%)
Transport
- The transport of the product contracted may be realized at the customer´s require – either by the company vehicle or by a rented forwarder.
Delivery terms
- On the condition of the EXW delivery and if the required product has been manufactured and stored the delivery term will be within 24 hours and otherwise, if the item demanded must be manufactured at first, within a fortnight.
Terms of payment
- The basic deadline for payment through invoice is 14 days after take-over of the goods by the customer. This term may be, however, changed in a particular case on the contract basis.
