Specialities and auxiliary agents for degreasing / Surfactants for strenghtening and refilling of the degreasing baths

A surfactant additive into alkaline degreasing baths of the Pragolod brand and into iron phosphates baths of the Pragofos brand as well. Owing to its low-emulsifying ability, the agent is suitable for immersion techniques of application and for the baths equipped with a grease separator and surface cleaning.

It is a refilling surfactant additive suitable for boosting of the overall degreasing effect and to increase the life of the baths being regenerated and applied by immersion. It should be dosed into the degreasing baths equipped with surface overspraying and overflow into an oil separator or, alternatively, into other separation unit. The surfactant additive Pragolod DT 54 is of a low-emulsifying feature and convenient for the baths being regenerated by micro or ultrafiltration techniques. It contains efficient both anionic and non-ionic surfactants of easy biodegradability, dispergators and other organic substances which are able to make the degreasing process of copper and its alloys more effective.

It is a refilling and low-foaming surfactant additive suitable for boosting of the overall degreasing effect and to increase the life of the baths of the Pragokor brand being regenerated and applied by both spraying and immersion. It should be dosed into the degreasing baths equipped with surface overspraying and overflow into an oil separator or, alternatively, into other separation unit. The surfactant additive Pragolod DT 57 is of a medium-emulsifying feature and convenient for the baths being regenerated by the microfiltration technique. It is predominantly appropriate for the baths of the Pragolod brand with suppressed foamability.

Pragolod DT NF is the concentrate of a liquid surfactant additive into the Pragolod alkaline degreasing baths. The agent is suitable to extend the life of the regenerated degreasing baths or to boost their degreasing performance, e.g. in the case of thicker oils or other hydrophobic layers to be removed from the work treated. It should be used for the refilling of the degreasing baths applied by spraying and regenerated both continually as well as periodically by the oil separation, e.g. through bath surface skimmers, bath surface overspraying or microfiltration. However, if the bath microfiltration is applied the bath foamability might be enhanced slightly.

Pragolod AC 300 is a liquid water-free agent capable to release and dissolve wide range of organic pollution of either polar or non-polar character from both metallic and plastic surfaces, such as lubricants, impregnation oils, vaselines, lubricants used at metallic-forming processes etc. It should be used as a concentrate for immersion or hand cleaning for both metallic as well as plastic surfaces.

Besides, Pragolod AC 300 is convenient to boost the activity of water-borne degreasers of neutral and medium alkaline degreasing baths usually replenished in the concentration 5 - 50% which will enhance the overall bath performance to remove e.g. vaselines and waxes otherwise hard to be dissolved.
